Fresh crab and shrimp appetizer balls made from RDM Shrimp
Yields1 Serving

Perfect for a party! Makes 36 pieces.

 1 cup Rice Krispies cereal, crushed
 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
 2 cups Rice Krispies UNCRUSHED
 2 egg whites
 ½ tsp seasoned pepper​
 ½ tsp dry mustard
 2 tbsp light, reduced calorie mayo
 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
 ¼ cup finely chopped celery
 1 package (6 oz. size) frozen crab, thawed, finely chopped
 Non-Cooking Spray
Cilantro Sauce
 6 tbsp light, reduced calorie mayo
 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh cilantro
 1 tbsp finely chopped green onions
 ¼ tsp liquid pepper sauce

Combine the 1 cup crushed Rice Krispie cereal and cheese. Set Aside.

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine remaining appetizer ingredients. Using level measuring-teaspoon, shape into balls. Coat ball in crushed cereal and cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Spray balls lightly with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 degrees F, for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot with Cilantro Sauce.

To make the sauce, thoroughly combine all sauce ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
